Not because they have to.
But because they believe in what is possible.
We are delighted to welcome Lisa Williams as the latest Empower 50K Girls Champion, standing alongside the women who have already chosen to back this mission with intention and action.
Lisa is known through Womanifest and her work as a vision board and empowerment coach. Her work centres on helping women see beyond their current circumstances — to imagine, articulate and move toward a future that feels aligned and expansive. She understands that belief is not a soft concept; it is a catalyst. When a woman sees differently, she acts differently.
That same belief now extends to the next generation.

Through her commitment to raise funds to sponsor two schools, Lisa is helping bring Empower 50K Girls directly into classrooms where young girls are forming their earliest ideas about who they are and what they are capable of. One school is already nearly fully funded — a powerful reminder that when women step forward, momentum follows.
Empower 50K Girls is rooted in three simple but transformative pillars: Health, Wealth and Worth. It is about equipping girls not just with knowledge, but with confidence. Not just with information, but with agency. It is about ensuring that at a formative stage of life, they encounter language that affirms their value and expands their sense of possibility.
Lisa’s decision to stand with this mission reflects the work she already does — helping women build clarity and courage. Now, that impact stretches further back in the timeline, reaching girls at the beginning of their journey rather than waiting until they are rebuilding it later.
She joins a growing circle of Champions who believe that empowering girls is not a headline — it is a responsibility. Women who understand that if we want resilient, confident, capable leaders in the future, we must invest in them early.
We are proud to welcome Lisa into this circle. Not as a supporter on the sidelines, but as a woman standing firmly beside the others who have chosen to say yes to this vision.
This is how movements strengthen. One woman aligns her values with action. Another follows. Then another. And before long, something meaningful is taking root.
Fifty thousand is not just a target. It represents futures. It represents voices that might otherwise go unheard. It represents dreams that deserve infrastructure, encouragement and belief.
Lisa, thank you for standing with us and with the Champions who have already stepped forward. Together, we are not simply talking about change — we are building the foundations for it.
And this is how 50,000 dreams begin to find their footing.
