Here, stories are not reduced to headlines or metrics; they are recognised as power, legacy, and truth — because when women are seen, the world shifts.
SheInspires Awards was born from a quiet defiance — a refusal to let women’s stories go unseen. Long before global reach or packed rooms, there was a belief that recognition itself can be radical, that visibility can be transformational, and that honouring women changes not only individual lives, but entire communities. This is where ordinary is never ordinary, and impact is measured in courage, care, and consequence.
Each year, women from more than 45 countries gather in Bolton, turning one local space into a global room.
They arrive as founders, educators, carers, creatives, leaders, and change-makers — and leave with more than an award. They leave with connection, confidence, and a sense of belonging to something bigger than themselves. From this stage, businesses are built, movements are sparked, charities are formed, policies are influenced, and futures are reshaped.
SheInspires Awards is not about trophies on shelves.
It is about moments that alter self-belief. It is about stories spoken aloud for the first time. It is about women lifting women, returning as judges, mentors, and champions, and creating a living legacy of giving back.
After eleven years and thousands of nominations, one truth remains unwavering: when women are honoured, power shifts — and when women rise, they take the world with them.

Judges: The Circle of Wisdom
Our judging panel brings together business leaders, educators, community champions and past winners from the UK and around the world. Many began their She Inspires journey as finalists; today they read nominations, ask the hard questions and help us honour those who stand out for their courage, impact and integrity.
