A Taste of Harmony is 'CELEBRATE' lottery funded project with the aim of appreciating and celebrating different cultures & cuisines. The project will collect recipes from diverse community groups in Bolton and publish a recipe book. The recipe book launch will see all participants coming together in celebration.
