WiN- BUILDING BRIDGES This year Women in Neighbourhoods (WiN) received an Outstanding Learner Engagement Award for their 'Building Bridges' project. Funded by Neighborhood Learning in Deprived Communities (NLDC), Building Bridges has 130 new learners in Great Lever, Halliwell, Crompton and Rumworth.
