On 21st October, we gather for something truly special – our Joy of Sparkle Pre-Awards Get-Together. This curated evening is our way of saying thank you – to our incredible judges for their hard work and wisdom, and to our sponsors for walking this journey with us.
As always, our doors are open wide. Whether you are a finalist, a previous winner, a sponsor, a supporter, or someone who has been part of She Inspires in any way, this is your space. A chance to connect, collaborate, and celebrate before the big night.

This year, Joy of Sparkle takes on an even greater role. A professional filming team – the same team behind our Awards Gala – will be with us to capture the reflections of judges, winners, and finalists. On Gala night itself, the focus naturally falls on the awards, so this is our moment to hear your voices. Bring along your 60-second reflection – you never know, it could make the final cut and feature on the big screen.
And of course, there will be sparkle and joy aplenty: students from Bolton College offering hand massages, and the fabulous Glitter Squad led by Helen Wilson to add a touch of shine.
