They are educators, CEOs, activists, entrepreneurs, community leaders, creatives, past winners, philanthropists, and global voices — many of whom return year after year because they believe deeply in the mission:
to honour women with fairness, kindness, integrity, and humanity.
The judging process at She Inspires is unique.
It is rigorous, transparent, values-driven, and deeply personal. Each judge reads, reflects, discusses, and weighs nominations with an understanding that behind every application lies a woman’s journey — sometimes painful, sometimes triumphant, always powerful.
One of the most beautiful aspects of She Inspires is its circular model.
A large number of our judges are past winners who, after receiving recognition themselves, return to the panel to lift others. This sense of giving back — of “once you rise, you raise another” — sits at the heart of the She Inspires ethos.
Our judges come from Bolton, from across the UK, and from around the world.
They bring cultural insight, lived experience, and professional expertise — but above all, they bring compassion.
Many of them speak of the judging as a privilege:
