“Stage to strategy” is more than a clever phrase. It’s a promise — and a design principle for everything She Inspires is building.
Stage: The Power of Being Seen
The She Inspires Awards give women something many have never had before: a moment on stage where their story, work and impact are publicly honoured.
That visibility is powerful. It can shift careers, open doors, and change how women see themselves. It’s the spark.
But a spark on its own is not enough.
Strategy: Turning Stories Into Structures
RISE was created to take the energy and stories from awards night and plug them into:
- Policy conversations
- Trade and economic opportunities
- Cross-sector collaboration
- Leadership development
- Skills and education pathways
At RISE, the same women who might stand on a stage in November are:
- Sitting at roundtables with decision-makers in June
- Meeting consuls, trade advisors and sector leaders
- Discussing investment, exporting, innovation, health equity and more
- Feeding into reports and recommendations that will circulate beyond the room
Evidence, Reports, and Legacy
The RISE 2025 content and observations are feeding into written outputs — reports and reflections that can be shared with councils, combined authorities, business networks, educators, and partners. She Inspires
This is where stage becomes strategy:
- Stories become case studies
- Feelings of isolation become data on barriers
- Informal conversations become recommendations and action points
- A one-day conference becomes part of a multi-year movement
An Ecosystem, Not a Series of Events
She Inspires Awards.
RISE – Women Leading the Future.
Empower 50K Girls.
The Academy.
These aren’t separate projects; they are interlocking pieces in a bigger vision:
- Recognise women
- Equip women
- Connect women
- Position women in the rooms where decisions are made
That is what “stage to strategy” really means.
And RISE is where that shift becomes visible, tangible, and beautifully unavoidable.
