When She Inspires began over a decade ago, it did not begin with a grand stage or a global vision. It began with a simple, powerful idea: women’s stories matter — and they deserve to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
In those early days, the awards were created to honour “ordinary women doing extraordinary things” — women whose influence shaped homes, workplaces, communities, and futures. Women who were often overlooked, yet quietly transforming the world around them.
From that seed of an idea, something remarkable happened.
Today, She Inspires Awards is a global movement, reaching women from over 40 countries, connecting changemakers across continents, and welcoming finalists and guests who travel thousands of miles to gather in one room — in Bolton.
Each year, the awards continue to evolve, spotlighting powerful stories of courage, leadership, innovation, resilience, community impact, creativity, and compassion.
Winners have gone on to launch CICs, lead national campaigns, expand businesses, win international honours, write books, influence policy, and inspire future generations.
