For over a decade, the SheInspires Awards has been a powerful platform dedicated to recognising and celebrating the achievements of women from all walks of life. Now in its 11th year, this remarkable initiative continues to highlight the contributions of women locally, nationally, and globally—shining a spotlight on thousands of inspiring stories that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Each year, thousands of women are nominated, representing diverse industries, communities, and backgrounds. These awards are not just a celebration; they are a movement to bridge the gender gap in leadership, empower women to reflect on their achievements, and amplify their voices in spaces where they are often underrepresented.

Judges: The Circle of Wisdom
Our judging panel brings together business leaders, educators, community champions and past winners from the UK and around the world. Many began their She Inspires journey as finalists; today they read nominations, ask the hard questions and help us honour those who stand out for their courage, impact and integrity.
