A Taste of Harmony celebrates different cultures & cuisines. It is a lottery funded project which aims to bring better understanding within diverse communities in Bolton through food.
A Community Recipe Book will be complied and published by the end of the project.
‘A Taste of Harmony’ will encourage people to come together, share, explore, understand reflect and celebrate origins of different foods, traditions and cultures. It will open converstaions and break barrriers.
