Finalists, Judges, and a Glimpse Behind the Scenes of the 2025 Awards
The SheInspires Awards 2025 has entered one of its most pivotal stages — Judging Season. Taking place across July and August, this period is the backbone of the awards process, bringing together more than 90 expert judges, over 300 finalists, and a shared mission: to recognise, uplift, and celebrate women of impact across the UK and beyond.
From coordinating dozens of panels to arranging hundreds of interviews, the process is both intricate and inspiring. Judges from across sectors and communities come together to assess nominees with fairness, care, and professionalism.

- 16 July – Women in Education
- 18 July – Agent of Change (Local)
- 21 July – Women in Health & Nutrition
- 22 July – Team of the Year
- 23 July – Agent of Change (National)
- 24 July – Agent of Change (Global)
- 25 July – Women in Social Enterprise
- 28 July – Culture Champion (Local)
- 29 July – Culture Champion (National)
- 30 July – Culture Champion (Global)
- 31 July – Women in Digital: Innovation & Communication
- 1 August – Young Achievers
- 13 August – Women in Digital: Global Women of Impact
- 14 August – Women in Fitness & Well-being
- 27 August – Women in Digital: Campaigns & Initiatives
Additional dates may follow as panels are finalised.
Each finalist is allocated a 15-minute interview with the judging panel via Zoom. All participants are asked to log into the waiting room 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time.
Due to the scale of the operation, rescheduling will not be possible except under exceptional circumstances. The SheInspires team will, however, endeavour to accommodate time preferences wherever feasible.
📢 Important for Finalists
• Time slots and Zoom details are being shared directly with finalists.
• For categories with multiple sub-categories (e.g. Women in Digital), sub-category assignments will be communicated in due course.
• Finalists who do not attend their interviews will not be considered for the Awards shortlist.
🌐 Website Feature: Finalist Page Launching Post-Interviews
The SheInspires website will feature a dedicated 2025 Finalist Page, but only after the judging interviews have concluded. This ensures that only those who complete the process are acknowledged publicly — recognising commitment, not just nominations.
🎟️ Awards Night: Early Bird Bookings Now Open
All finalists are required to attend the Awards Gala Night in October 2025, either in person or virtually. To facilitate planning, Early Bird tickets are now open and will close on 31 July.
This year’s Gala promises to be a powerful celebration of women’s voices, leadership, and innovation. Early booking is strongly encouraged.
