Last week, we wrapped up the final session of Seeds to Success — a powerful four-part twilight series born from collaboration, courage, and shared purpose. In partnership with Bolton College and Innovate UK, SheInspires brought together women at different stages of their entrepreneurial journeys to explore, learn, connect, and grow.
Seeds to Success wasn’t just a programme — it was a statement. A statement that women entrepreneurs deserve spaces where they are heard, supported, and celebrated. Over four evenings, we held space for honest conversations, practical learning, and the kind of storytelling that stays with you. From funding to fearlessness, from clarity to courage — we nurtured not only business ideas, but belief.
Our final session was especially moving. Each participant shared her truth — the challenges she’s overcome, the lessons she’s learnt, and the vision she’s shaping for the future. These are not just stories. They are seeds of change. And that is the heart of SheInspires — creating the conditions for women to thrive, together.
Thanks to our strong partnership with Bolton College, some of the incredible women from the series will now return to speak to students — inspiring the next generation by sharing their real, lived journeys. Others are being connected with mentors, funding pathways, and further support to continue building their dreams.
This is what collaboration makes possible. When organisations listen deeply and act boldly, transformation follows.
