Engaging the most vulnerable during the pandemic HAND~ Food Connects  Our latest project HANDI and its activities are funded by National Lottery through its urgent response fund. Twice a week cooking sessions and workshops have been taking place online bringing women together. The sessions are hugely popular and much needed respite for women. We also have local chefs  and experts who talked and chatted and shared their skills.  Food/recipe packs, along with recipe books and dry ingredients were distributed. Supporting the most vulnerable during the pandemic ABLE and HANDI are our two projects as part of our immediate response to COVID-19 situation. ABLE was funded by Lankelly Chase Foundation and supported by Unlimited Potential. HANDI is funded by HM Government Treasury and The National Community Fund and supported by She Inspires Foundation.
