London, UK – June 2025

Founder of the She Inspires Foundation, Gulnaz Brennan, has been honoured as one of the five most inspirational women in the UK at the prestigious Daily Mail Women of Inspiration Awards 2025, in partnership with Marks & Spencer.
The awards, now in their third year, celebrate exceptional women from across the nation who are leading positive change in their communities. Held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, the glittering gala event was curated by journalist James Campbell and hosted by renowned broadcaster Nina Hossain. Guests were treated to an evening of celebration, connection, and storytelling — all centred on the extraordinary contributions of women like Gulnaz.
Gulnaz Brennan was recognised for her pioneering work in championing women’s financial well-being, leadership, and education, especially through the She Inspires Foundation, Orange Hubs, and the Let’s Talk Money initiative.
What began three years ago as a local nomination by Stanmore Insurance has since evolved into a powerful grassroots movement. Through Orange Hubs, Gulnaz has created safe spaces for women navigating financial coercion, debt, and economic control. Recognising the silence and stigma surrounding money, she launched a podcast series to encourage open dialogue and offer solidarity to those who have long felt alone.
But her work didn’t stop there. Understanding that lasting change must begin early, Gulnaz expanded the Let’s Talk Money campaign to focus on financial literacy for children. This year, the foundation launched Molly the Money Butterfly — an imaginative, classroom-based resource teaching young children about saving, spending wisely, and sharing with heart.
In June 2025, Molly visited St Peter’s Primary School and All Saints Primary School, with more visits planned in the months ahead. The goal is clear: to nurture financially confident children from the earliest years and create generational change through knowledge and self-belief.
“This award is a spark — a moment that says: keep going,” said Gulnaz.
“Because when you teach a child about money, you don’t just change their pocket — you change their path.”
The She Inspires Foundation continues to welcome partnerships with schools, community organisations, and businesses who believe, as Gulnaz does, that financial literacy is not a luxury — it is a right.
