Please remember that the deadline for submitting your completed nominee forms and photographs is 12th May 2025. We kindly urge all nominees to carefully read the guidelines available on our website. Each field in the form must be completed, and submissions must include a high-quality photo. Incomplete forms or missing information could sadly result in disqualification, so please take the time to ensure everything is in place.
Importantly, please send your completed forms and photos as a new email, not as a reply to your original nomination notification. This helps us to streamline the process and ensures your entry is properly logged for the judges’ review.
