April marks a significant milestone for She Inspires as we proudly launched “Molly’s Money Adventures – Inspired by the Wisdom of Goddess Lakshmi (Book 2)” – a heart-warming and empowering story aimed at sowing the seeds of financial confidence, knowledge, and independence in our children, particularly our girls.
With the help of #MollytheMoneyButterfly, we are embarking on a powerful mission: to instil a lifelong understanding of money, choices, and opportunity from the earliest stages of life. Financial literacy is freedom. It is safety, it is empowerment, and it is opportunity. When women understand money, they create choices – and when they have choices, they drive real, lasting impact.
We were thrilled to celebrate this special moment alongside Alison Marsh, Founder of Insight Business Solutions Ltd and a true Orange Champion of our cause. Alison has been a long-standing advocate of financial education and empowerment, supporting She Inspires from the very beginning of our financial literacy journey. In 2024, Alison’s dedication was recognised when she received the Commitment to the Cause Awardat the She Inspires Awards, alongside other remarkable changemakers Kaye Price and Jenna Atkinson.
This year, Alison returns not just as a celebrated past winner, but as the proud sponsor of the very award she once won. Her journey perfectly encapsulates what makes She Inspires unique – it is never just about winning. It is about lifting others up, creating a meaningful legacy, and building a community of changemakers who continue to give back.
The launch event itself was a joyous occasion, filled with inspiring conversations, warm connections, and delicious food. A particular highlight was our vibrant bar, expertly run by Mr Marsh himself, whose spirited energy brought extra sparkle to the afternoon!
But this is just the beginning. “Molly’s Money Adventures” is more than a book – it is a commitment. A commitment to ensure that financial literacy becomes accessible from nursery level through to secondary education, and to champion financial wellbeing for women at every stage of life.
